[천안] 신부동 파스타 후토마끼맛집 우기집 방문 후기

안녕하세요.
천안 신부동 주민센터 바로 옆,
작지만 존재감은 확실한 ‘우기집’에 다녀왔어요.

1인 쉐프가 운영하는 곳으로 내부는 다소
협소하지만, 그 안에서 나오는 음식 퀄리티는
정말 놀라울 정도예요.

지금까지 총 세 번 방문했는데,
그때마다 다른 메뉴를 맛보았고요.
정말 하나같이 다 맛있었습니다.

Right next to the Cheonan Sinbu-dong
Community Center,
I went to a small but solid 'Ugijip'.

It's run by a single chef,
and the interior is somewhat...
It's narrow, but the quality of the food
that comes out of it
It's really amazing.

I've visited three times so far,
I tasted different menus each time.
They were all really delicious.

지중해식 샐러드를 젤 먼저 혈당오르지 않게
먹었는데 깔끔하면서 감칠맛 나는 맛이예요.
진짜 너무 맛있어요.


Mediterranean salad is the first thing
to keep your blood sugar from rising.
I ate it, and it tastes clean and savory.
It's really so delicious.

그리고 굴파스타와 알리오올리오인데,
이탈리안 감성 제대로 느낄수 있습니다.

둘 다 오일 파스타인데 오일이 느끼하지 않고
깔끔하게 잘 잡혀있어요


And it's oyster pasta and aglio e olio,
You can feel the Italian sensibility properly.

They're both oil pasta,
but the oil isn't greasy.
It's neatly held.

후토마끼 비주얼보고 진짜 깜짝놀랐는데,
말 그대로 ‘실하다!’ 그자체 입니다.

후토마끼 안의 밥은 또 얼마나 얇게 깔려있고,
안에 새우와 연어 계란 등 조합이 진짜 너무
좋아서 후토마끼는 갈때마다 주문합니다. 데헷

한 입에 넣기 아까울 정도로 두툼하고
실한 크기에, 속재료가 아낌없이 들어있어요.

심지어 연어를 별로 안 좋아하시는
과장님도 "진짜 맛있다!"며 감탄하셨을 정도예요


I was really surprised to see the visuals
of Futomaki.
Literally ‘solid!’ It's itself.

How thin is the rice in Futomaki?
The combination of shrimp, salmon,
and eggs inside is really good.
I order Futomaki every time I go.

It's thick and thick enough to be
a waste of one bite.
It contains generously the ingredients.

You don't even like salmon.
The manager also admired,
"This is really good!"

그리고 저의 두번째 최애메뉴인
육회 & 감태주먹밥 입니다.

사실 이건 술안주 아니야? 라는 생각이
들 수 있는데 이렇게 한끼가 되더라구요 ㅋㅋ

물론 쉐어메뉴로 주문해서 먹었습니다.

육회는 잡내 없이 고소하고 감칠맛 가득하며
중간중간 들어있는 매콤한 고추가 포인트예요.

감태주먹밥은 그냥 흰밥이 아닌 양념밥으로
속이 꽉 차 있어서 단독으로 먹어도 맛있고,
육회랑 같이 먹으면 환상 조합입니다.

위에 뿌려진 명란소스는 말해 뭐해~



And my second favorite menu,
It's yukhoe & gamtae rice balls.

Actually, isn't this a side dish for alcohol? You might think,
It's a meal like this, hee hee

Of course,
I ordered a share menu and ate it.

Beef tartare is savory and full of savory
taste without smell.
The point is the spicy peppers in the middle.

Ecklonia cava rice balls are not just
white rice, but seasoned rice.
It's full, so it's delicious even
if you eat it alone.
It's a fantastic combination
if you eat it with yukhoe.

What's the point of saying the pollack roe sauce sprinkled on top?

저의 첫번째 최애 메뉴는 라자냐입니다.
정말 강추!!

겉은 바삭, 속은 촉촉한 식감에 치즈와
소스의 조화가 완벽했어요.
정말 이건 매번 생각날 정도예요.

My first favorite menu is lasagna.
I strongly recommend it!!

It's crispy on the outside,
moist on the inside, cheese.
The combination of the sauce was perfect.
It really reminds me of this every time.

지금은 주 1회는 꼭 방문하게 되는
단골집이 되어버린 우기집입니다.
후토마끼, 한식퓨전, 파스타까지 다양하게
즐길 수 있어서 언제 가도 만족스러운 곳이에요.

소수 인원만 받을 수 있는 공간이라
예약 또는 오픈시간 맞춰서 방문 추천드립니다 :)


Now, I always visit once a week.
It's a rainy season restaurant that has become a regular restaurant.
Futomaki, Korean Fusion, Pasta
It's a satisfying place to go anytime
because you can enjoy it.

It's a space where only a few people
can receive it.
