강남 신세계 백화점 지하에 위치한
잠봉뵈르 맛집 소금집 샌드위치에 다녀왔어요.

평소 잠봉뵈르 샌드위치를 정말 좋아하는데,
이곳은 잠봉 전문으로 유명한 곳이라
꼭 가보고 싶었던 맛집이었답니다.

Located in the basement of Shinsegae Department Store in Gangnam.
I went to a restaurant in Jambongbeur,
a salt restaurant, and a sandwich.

I usually really like Jambon Beurre sandwiches.
This place is famous for specializing
in Jambong.
It was a restaurant I really wanted to visit.

본점은 진짜 사람이 많아서 웨이팅 엄두도
못낼정도였고, 백화점 지하라는 위치 특성상
언제 가도 사람이 많은 편이라고 들었는데,
저는 운 좋게도 웨이팅 없이
바로 실내 자리에 앉을 수 있었어요.
게다가 쾌적한 분위기에서 여유롭게
식사할 수 있었던 것도 만족스러웠습니다.


The main branch is really crowded,
so I don't even think about waiting.
I couldn't do it, and due to the nature
of the location of the department
store underground.
I heard that there are a lot of people
whenever you go.
Luckily, I don't have to wait.
I could sit right in the room.
In addition, you can eat leisurely
in a pleasant atmosphere.
I was satisfied with what happened.

소금집 샌드위치는 종류가 정말다양해서
무엇을 먹어야하나 고민하다가
피렌체와 잠봉 선드라이 토마토를 주문했어요.


There are so many kinds of
salt restaurant sandwiches.
I was thinking about what to eat.
I ordered Florence and Jambong
Sundry tomatoes.

대표 메뉴인 잠봉뵈르는 역시 기대 이상이예요.

바삭하면서도 담백한 바게트, 짭짤하고 풍미
가득한 잠봉, 그리고 고소한 버터,
드라이 토마토가 만나
정말 완벽한 조화를 이루더라구요.

버터가 꽤 듬뿍 발라져 있었는데
전혀 느끼하지 않고 오히려 잠봉의 맛을
더욱 살려주는 느낌이었어요.


The signature menu, Jambon Beur,
is also more than expected.

Crispy yet light baguette, salty and flavorful.
full of jambong, savory butter,
Dry tomatoes meet.
It was a perfect harmony.

It was pretty rich in butter.
It's not greasy at all, but rather the taste
of Jambong.
It felt like it was more saving.

피렌체 샌드위치 역시 최고였습니다
포카치아 빵의 부드러움과 루꼴라,
리코타 치즈 , 피스타치오 가 진짜 최고였어요.
둘중 무슨메뉴가 맛이다고 고르기
어려울만큼 두가지 종류다 너무 맛있어요.

‘역시 잠봉뵈르 맛집은 소금집!’
이라는 생각이 들었답니다.

강남 신세계에서 쇼핑하다가 가볍게
한 끼 하고 싶을 때, 혹은 제대로 된 잠봉뵈르가
땡길 때 강력 추천하고 싶은 곳이에요.
