[서울] 종로 한우떡갈비 맛집 소선재 내돈내산 솔직후기

안녕하세요.

종로에 위치한 소선재를 다녀왔어요.
예전부터 금융연수원 인근 한식 잘하는 집으로
유명하다고 들어서 기대를 많이 하고 갔는데,
역시 소문이 괜한 게 아니더라구요.

I went to Soseonjae located in Jongno.
It's been a good Korean restaurant near
the Korea Financial Training Institute
for a long time.
I heard it's famous, so I was looking forward to it a lot.
As expected, rumors were not useless.

한금연 인근맛집 소선재의 메뉴판입니다.
소선재는 보리굴비와 한우떡갈비, 간장게장 등
다양한 메뉴를 판매하고 있어요.

제가 주문한 메뉴는 한우 떡갈비였는데,
상 위에 차려지는 순간부터 기분이 좋아졌어요.


This is the menu of So Seon-jae,
a restaurant near Hangeumyeon.
Soseonjae is barley dried yellow corvina, Korean beef tteokgalbi,
soy sauce marinated crab, etc.
We sell a variety of menus.

The menu I ordered was Korean beef tteokgalbi.
I felt better from the moment
it was set on the table.

반찬들이 정갈하게 세팅되어 나오는데,
하나같이 다 맛있고 정성스럽게 준비된 게
딱 느껴졌습니다.

흔히 그냥 곁들이는 느낌으로 나오는
반찬이 아니라, 메인 요리 못지않게 각각의
맛이 살아 있어서 밥 한 공기
그냥 뚝딱이더라구요.


Side dishes are neatly set up.
They're all delicious and carefully prepared.
I could feel it.

It often comes out as if it's just being accompanied.
It's not a side dish,
it's as good as the main dish.
It tastes alive, so a bowl of rice.
It just clicked.

그리고 오늘의 주인공, 한우 떡갈비!
첫 입 먹자마자 ‘아, 진짜 잘한다’라는
말이 절로 나왔습니다.

잡내가 전혀 없고, 고기 본연의 풍미가
너무 잘 느껴졌어요.
무엇보다 식감이 굉장히 부드럽고 촉촉해서
씹을수록 육즙이 살아나는 느낌이랄까요?
간도 딱 맞아서 느끼하지 않고
끝까지 맛있게 먹을 수 있었어요.


And today's main character,
Korean beef tteokgalbi!
As soon as I took my first bite, I said,
"Oh, you're really good."
The words came out naturally.

There's no smell at all, and the original
flavor of the meat. I felt it so well.
Above all, the texture is very soft and moist.
The more you chew, the more juicy it feels.
It's not greasy because it's seasoned perfectly.
I was able to enjoy it until the end.

같이 나온 된장찌개까지 완벽하고,
밥자체가 너무 맛있어서 행복했어요
식사하는 동안 직원분들도 친절하시고,
전체적으로 가정식 같으면서도 고급스러운
분위기가 있어서 저는 개인적으로
‘정성 가득한 한식 한상’을 즐기고 싶을 때
다시 찾고 싶은 집으로 저장했습니다.

종로에서 제대로 된 한식을 맛보고 싶으신
분들이라면 소선재 한우 떡갈비
