유명한 삼청동수제비집에 다녀왔어요.

삼청동수제비의 가게규모가 꽤 크지만,
미쉐린가이드서울에 선정되는 등
인기가 워낙 많아서인지 평일 점심임에도 불구하고 약 30분 정도 웨이팅을 했습니다.
기다리는동안 그만큼 기대감도 컸어요.



The size of the Samcheong-dong
Sujebi store is quite large,
Selected as Michelin Guide Seoul, etc.
Perhaps because it was so popular,
I waited for about 30 minutes even
though it was lunch on weekdays.
While waiting, I had high expectations.

삼청동수제비의 메뉴판입니다.
수제비와 감자전, 파전 등을 판매하고 있으며
수제비는 인당 1만원에 판매하고 있습니다.


This is the menu of Samcheongdong Sujebi.
We sell sujebi, potato pancakes,
and pajeon.
Sujebi is sold at a price of 10,000 won
per person.

저희는 수제비 2인분과 감자전을 주문했는데,
더운 여름날에도 덥지 않도록 내부는 에어컨이
빵빵하게 나와서 시원하게 식사할 수 있었어요.

주문 후 음식이 금방 나와 기다림이
거의 없었던 점도 정말 만족스러웠습니다.

수제비국물은 깊고 구수하며, 쫄깃한 수제비
면발이 식감을 제대로 살려줬어요.



We ordered two servings of sujebi
and potato pancakes.
The air conditioner inside is not hot even
on hot summer days.
It came out big and I was able to eat
a cool meal.

After ordering, the food comes
out quickly and waits.
I was really satisfied that there were few.

Sujebi Soup is deep, savory, and
chewy sujebi.
The noodles made the texture better.

함께 나온 열무김치와 배추김치도 정말 맛있고
감칠맛이 가득하고 시원한 맛이 수제비 국물과 어우러져 계속 손이 갔습니다.


The young radish kimchi and cabbage kimchi that came with it are really delicious.
The savory taste and cool taste harmonized with the sujebi soup, so I kept getting my hands on it.

감자전은 바삭하면서도 속은 촉촉해,
수제비와 환상의 조합이었죠.

삼청동에서 시원하고 든든하게 한 끼 하고
싶으신 분들께 강력 추천합니다.


Potato pancakes are crispy and moist inside.
It was a fantastic combination of sujebi
and sujebi.
