[서울] 경복궁역 인근 이북식삼계탕맛집 무구옥 내돈내산 솔직후기

안녕하세요,
경복궁역 인근 종로에 위치한 이북삼계탕을
판매하는 무구옥에 다녀왔습니다.
이곳은 흔히 알고 있는 삼계탕집과는 조금
다른 이북식 삼계탕을 맛볼 수 있는 곳이에요.

Ibuk Samgyetang located in Jongno
near Gyeongbokgung Station.
I went to Muguok, which sells it.
This place is a little different from the commonly known samgyetang restaurant.
It's a place where you can taste
other North Korean samgyetang.

평일임에도 불구하고 웨이팅이 정말 많다는
이야기를 들었던 터라 브레이크 타임이 끝나는
시간에 맞춰 방문했는데 역시나~ 무구옥 앞에는
사람들이 삼삼오오 모여있었습니다.
(한국 여행온 외국인 분들도 정말 많아서
어떻게 알고 오신지 신기했어요.)


Even though it's a weekday,
there's a lot of waiting.
I've heard about it, so the break time ends.
I visited on time, but as expected,
in front of Muguok.
There were many people gathered.
(There are so many foreigners who
have traveled to Korea.
It was amazing how you knew.)

무구옥 내부는 비교적 컸고,
들어가자마자 커다란 솥이 보이는데
너무 많은 인파로 차마 솥을 사진찍지 못했어요.

The interior of the Muguok was
relatively large,
As soon as I go in, I see a big pot.
I couldn't take a picture of the pot
with too many people.

종로 삼계탕 맛집 무구옥의 메뉴판입니다.

무구옥은 이북식 삼계백반과 매운 닭찜,
그리고 청국장이 들어간 닭도리탕이 주메뉴이고
사이드메뉴로 오징어 닭무침을 판매하고 있어요.

1인 1메뉴를 주문해주셔야 하는데
오징어 닭무침은 1메뉴로 들어가지 않는다고 하여 백반으로 2개 주문하였습니다.


This is the menu of Muguok, a famous restaurant for samgyetang in Jongno.

Muguok is a North Korean samgye set menu, spicy braised chicken,
And the main menu is dakdoritang
with cheonggukjang.
We sell squid chicken salad as a side menu.

You have to order a menu per person.
Squid chicken salad doesn't go
into the first menu.
I ordered two homemade meals.

밑반찬으로 깍두기와 열무김치가 나왔는데
적당히 익은 열무김치가 진짜 취향저격이였어요.
열무김치 안에 들어가있는 보리를
씹는 맛도 한몫 했습니다.


Kkakdugi and young radish kimchi
came out as side dishes.
Moderately ripe young radish kimchi
was really my taste.
The barley in young radish kimchi.
Chewing also played a part.

각 테이블 위에는 파생강소스와 말초소금이 있고,
기호에 맞게 닭고기를 찍어먹으면
된다고 직원분께서 안내해주셨어요.

파생강소스에 찍어먹는것도 이색적이지만
저는 그냥 먹어도 너무 맛있더라구요~


On each table are derived steel sauce
and peripheral salt,
If you dip chicken according to your taste,
The staff guided me to do so.

It's unique to dip it in derived steel sauce.
It's so delicious even if I just eat it~

의성마늘과 산삼배양근인데,
닭곰탕에 넣어서 먹으면 됩니다.


It's Uiseong garlic and wild ginseng
culture root, You can put it in chicken
bone soup and eat it. .

밥만 먹어도 맛있을정도로
진짜 밥조차도 맛있어요.


It's delicious just by eating.
Even the rice is really good.

무구옥의 삼계탕은 닭 반마리를 잘 삶아
따로 그릇에 담아주고 그 위에 향긋하게
익힌 부추가 올려져 있어요.

보통 삼계탕은 뚝배기에 한꺼번에 나오는데,
이곳은 닭곰탕과 닭고기를 분리해서 내주더라고요.


Muguok's samgyetang boils half
a chicken well.
Put it in a bowl separately and fragrantly
on top of it.
It has cooked chives on it.

Usually, samgyetang comes out in an earthen pot at once.
This place serves chicken soup
and chicken separately.

닭곰탕은 농도가 진하고 감칠맛이 깊게 우러나
있어서 국물만 마셔도 보양되는 기분이었어요.

닭고기는 부드럽고 잡내가 전혀 없어서
곰탕 국물에 찍어 먹으면 정말 일품!
처음 먹어보는 스타일이었는데
“이게 진짜 보양식이다”라는 말이 절로 나왔습니다.


Does chicken soup have a strong concentration and a deep flavor?
So I felt like I could be nourished just by drinking the soup.

Chicken is soft and has no smell at all.
Dip it in the soup of beef bone soup
is really excellent!
It was my first time eating it.
The word “This is a real health food”
came out naturally.

얼마전 부모님과 청와대 다녀왔는데,
그때 무구옥집을 알아서 방문했다면
부모님도 정말 좋아하셨을텐데 라는 생각이
먹는내내 가득했어요.

다음에 엄마, 아빠와 종로데이트를 하게된다면,
꼭 다시 재방문하고 싶을 정도입니다.
종로에서 색다른 삼계탕을 찾으신다면
무구옥 꼭 추천드리고 싶어요.


Not long ago, I went to Cheong Wa Dae with my parents,
If you visited the Muguok house on
your own at that time,
I thought my parents would have really liked it, too. It smelled like eating.

If I have a Jongno date with my mom
and dad next time, I’d really like to revisit.

samgyetang in Jongno,
I really want to recommend Muguok.
